Ideas to use Chi Flow:
Inhalations- add a
drop to the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and cup them around your
nose and do deep inhalations for a quick pick me up and to feel awakened.
Shower- add a few
drops around the edges of your shower (where the water doesn’t directly hit)
before taking a shower in the morning. The steam together with the essential
oils will make you feel revitalized.
Massage- For sore tense muscles, or just to get an energy boost, dilute 5 drops of Chi Flow
in 1 teaspoon carrier oil (Fractionated- coconut oil, almond, etc.) and massage
around neck, shoulders, low back, etc. Inhale.
